My professional career was in Arboriculture and Ecology, I come from a scientific academic background, but practically minded I like getting my hands dirty, working on the land, building with wood and all with artistic creativity. I feel an integral connection with the multi-dimensional universe through which we all experience our lives, intellectually, physically and spiritually.

My spiritual journey started shortly before my 40th birthday when I had to come to terms with mortality, which sent me into a chaotic mania seeking the answers to life, the universe and everything. The knowledge I have gained has inspired the content of this website, which is driven by an inherent interest in sharing with others as a fundamental part of increasing unity in high frequency, spreading love and gratitude.

Life in the picturesque mountains of Bulgaria has been an inspirational experience for me allowing profound connection to the energetic frequencies of nature, which I now want to share with others.  I have found some of my greatest rewards and satisfaction working with subtle body energies and therapeutic sound in harmonic frequencies, the spirit of which are embedded in the vision of the Harmonic Alchemy Retreat.

I work as support, interpretation and translation for government agencies, non-government organisations, international donors, companies and individuals.  I have experience in the preparation of technical specifications for Supply Tender Dossiers within projects financed by EU Programs.  Although I now specialise in languages and contracts, my background and formal education was in Mechanical Engineering, qualifying from the Higher Institute of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering in Sofia, Bulgaria.

My occupational skills now include; Bulgarian Language and literature, Russian language, English language, mathematics, physics and astronomy, chemistry, biology, history, geography, social studies and general technical subject, laboratory practice (Building construction, building materials, economics of production, technology, automation, electrical and electronics, technical drawing, training practice), psychology, foundations of aesthetics, social and personality, physical education and sports, labour-polytechnic training, automobile design and mechanics.

Communication in community is essential and living in Bulgaria requires at least a basic understanding of the Bulgarian language, with its ancient cultural heritage embedded in the origins of European Civilisation.

Feel good. You know life is not always easy and you know certain words, radiate certain energy. As a teacher, I will do my best, for you, to learn through joy. You know when you get good value for money, when you, feel good. I’m a Creative Consciousness Coach, a tarot card reader and touchy-feely-kinda-healer. Educated in Psychology and Computing, many years of work experience in customer service. Passionate for prophesy and bodies. My devotion to be ‘love in motion’ has brought me back to Bulgaria after 14 years living in England. My life in England gave me education, travelling and festivals. I’m looking forward to my life in Bulgaria offering me community, belonging and more love to share.

As the famous Hippocrates quote goes “Let food be thy medicine and let medicine be thy food” the organic energy we consume defines our very being intrinsically. We become the food we eat and everything we consume has its unique energy, frequency and vibration.

Since 2006 I’ve been studying the connection between food and wellbeing. I develop harmonious and creative recipes using traditional Asian dietary principles and the very finest ingredients.

In 2012 I set up Chaat Man, an innovative fusion street food catering business. Inspired by Indian and Asian cuisine I started creating unrefined, organic and non- genetically modified dishes. Since its inception I’ve hosted numerous sell-out supper clubs, catered at events and have attended numerous food festivals across the UK.

In 2013 I started to study the art of raw food preparation. I completed a raw food course with the raw food coach Karen Knowler and integrated this knowledge into my recipes. I’ve also spent the best part of ten years studying plant-based cuisine and gluten-free cuisine.

My food can best be described as energetic, wholesome and nutritionally dense. I source from both the animal and plant kingdom and use ethical sustainable ingredients fused with foraged and wild edibles.

Future projects include workshops, a cook book and a new blog. I also produce a range of gourmet snacks and curries for both retail and wholesale.

I am a visual artist, creating awareness with film and media to help raise the frequency of the planet.  I’ve grown up completely immersed in nature, making me greatly inspired to create spaces, that merge the distance between people and the planet.  The earth is the great garden and we are the guardians of our eden.  We all crave a deeper connection with each other and the realms of reality we share.

To dance barefoot in the meadow we sow for we can all achieve great feats if we work together, unified in the essence of oneness.

I work to facilitate spiritual/personal awareness and development…. assisting people to realise their innate gifts and true potential. I have over 20yrs experience leading a wide range of workshops and retreats, nationally and internationally. I also works extensively with the healing resonance of sound, incorporating the shamanic drum, native American flute, singing bowls, voice and the gong to facilitate personal change, transformation and as a way of enhancing peoples life energy and their ability to express and communicate.

My professional background includes dance and exercise having also worked as a tutor of national teachers training courses in health and fitness means I have developed a sound understanding of the physical body and am well experienced at working with groups to facilitate learning and co-operation using a range of teaching strategies.

I am now coordinating spiritual retreats in the UK, Spain and Bulgaria that offer a variety of meditative, harmonic sound and yoga practices along with other health and wellbeing workshops.  My biggest annual event is the EarthDance Summer Gathering in Northampton, UK, which is organized around the therapeutic use of sound and music, with workshops and live performances on stage.  I am now working with the HAR community to organize a similar annual event in Bulgaria.

I have been involved with and run numerous community activities over the last 20+ years. My background is in healing and teaching with a broad range of experience including Art Therapy, Music, Healing Workshops, and as part of a team Organising Areas at festivals such as Unity, Heart of the East, Green gathering, Boom town to name a just few.

Meanwhile, I initiated Truth Juice East Anglia and have been part of Land Art and building projects for a number of years. When my children were younger I helped found a Steiner school in Norwich, UK. As a teacher I qualified to work with college and higher/further education students.

I was elected as a Councillor as a City Council for 7 years and became Community/ Inclusion Portfolio Holder. After my time working with the council I went on to run the Living Well Community Project, Suffolk Coastal Well being Courses and Eastern Synergy Healing Arts Courses.

My interest is to pass on the health ,wellbeing and sustainable living skills I have and optimise the number of people and projects expanding this as the way forward in the world.

I look forward to working with more activities, which involve the land and healing to improve the vibrational frequency of people and the planet. Some of these are building projects for retreats, cooking, farming activities, healing arts, music, organising gatherings and working parties.

These activities will encourage more localised connections rooted in the ethos being the garden we all live in and synergising our ancient wisdom with activities which are physically, mentally and spiritually balanced.

Living in the the Isle of Purbeck, I am currently involved with creating online media and practising holistic therapies.

I have been specialising in creating websites for therapists, communities and festival organisers, as well as sites for more conventional businesses. I also create promotional videos and video conferences, festivals and events generally.

My therapies include EFT, (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Angelic Reiki.
